Elliott Dugger, Esq. Owner

Elliott draws from a wealth of experience to successfully represent clients in solving their legal problems. Elliott began his career as a mental health professional. He then moved into the public school arena where he served as a special education teacher and administrator.

After 20 years serving public school students, Elliott branched out to offer his services in diverse areas in which he saw a need, including: Neutral Mediation, Special Education Advocacy, and Educational Counseling.

In these pursuits, Elliott realized the power of leadership and advocacy. His passion for looking out for the rights of others, leveling the playing field for those who are underprivileged or disabled, and serving minorities led him to pursue a career in the law.

In conjunction with his law degree obtained at the University of Montana, Elliott earned an American Indian Law certificate. Additional formal training includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Master’s degree in Behavior Disorders, Educational Specialist degree in Special Education Administration, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.

Elliott’s goal is to serve as a problem solver, obtaining the easiest, most cost effective, advantageous outcome for his clients.
